Requesting a Return
Not satisfied with your Weebsekai purchase? If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at support@weebsekai.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will assess your request and provide you with the necessary instructions if your return is approved.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased directly from https://weebsekai.com. Items bought from third-party sellers are not eligible for returns through our site. Please contact the respective seller for their return policy.
All returns must be in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. This includes all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Eligible Items
Items that cannot be returned include those purchased from third-party retailers, products bought by mistake, and items damaged through customer mishandling.
We may refuse returns that are sent without a valid receipt. Weebsekai.com also reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Received something that’s not quite right? Whether it’s a defective product, an incorrect item, or something damaged, we’re here to help. Contact our Customer Support at hello@weebsekai.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- A photo or video of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Your complete shipping address
- Contact phone number
In certain cases, a photo or video proof may be needed to process your return.
Processing Returns
The processing time for returns is up to 14 business days from when we receive your item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
For defective products, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, the refund will exclude shipping and handling fees.
Refund Timelines
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. For any concerns about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please reach out to your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us immediately at hello@weebsekai.com with your order number and desired changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order price will apply to cancellations at any time after the order is placed, as we incur fees from payment processors.
Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
